The place is very comfortable and convenient. Roadside parking was super easy and always available. L&K are very gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts. The wine and biscuit and milk in the fridge are really welcoming gifts at the end of a really long travel. Sound proofing of the unit was awesome - did not hear the traffic on the road, nor neighbors talking in the hallway or movements from upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and table ware. It was a luxury to be able to use the coffee machine and milk steamer. Most of all, thank you L&K for providing ample coffee capsules and variety of teas that gave us a good start in the morning!

This is our favourite place when we visit Melbourne. We have stayed at Allan’s place over the last few years. It is absolutely perfect, homely and an excellent, modern unit with everything you need! Located in a perfect spot in Hawthorn East! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport. We will certainly look to stay at this AirBnB if it is available. Allan is the perfect host, he is always supportive and of assistance to make your stay welcome and memorable.

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay. It is conveniently located near both Hawthorn and Camberwell. It is easily accessible by train or tram to Melbourne City, taking less than half an hour.

The place was gorgeous, lovely atmosphere however lighting was limited at night time. Easy to find the keys and get inside however took a bit of guessing to find the parking. But overall it was an amazing stay, had everything we needed there and the spa was wonderful. Me and my partner enjoyed our stay.

Ok, here’s the deal. After our stay at Marita’s “Martini Suite”, my partner has officially decreed that I am hereafter *THE* AirBNB chooser of the relationship. Case closed. I win. ;) Seriously though, this is a meticulous suite in an ideal location. It’s tastefully decorated, well appointed, and only steps from great restaurants and coffee shops in the laneways. Just steps, too, from the trams and trains if you want to head out further afield. We give our full recommendation.

We loved our stay at Fei’s place! Conveniently located next to two tram stops and situated in a quiet and secure building, the place was clean, neat and had everything we needed for a long weekend trip. Fei was super helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back

This place is incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Perfect for a long-term stay, with thoughtful touches and everything you need for day-to-day living. The interior is beautifully styled with great taste, and you can tell a lot of care went into the design. I also absolutely loved the location — convenient, peaceful, and close to everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again for an extended visit! BTW, hosts are amazing to deal with.

Ting is a very responsive host and the house was comfortable, we felt right at home, quiet neighbourhood.

Great location and neighbourhood. A few minutes’ walk to St. Kilda beach. The house is cozy with a lot of sunlight. Nice decor.

I had a very enjoyable stay here. Lovely house with good sized backyard g for my daughter and her friends to play. Great location with shops just 5 minutes away.

Tony's house was great, lots of space with good off street parking. The central heating was good on those cold nights.

If there was an option for 6 stars I would give it. Arranmore was a light filled house in a quiet location, close to restaurants and trams. Jayne’s interior design of the house was great, interesting artwork & a superbly equipped kitchen. All the provisions for a comfortable stay were included. Probably the best cottage stay we have had in a lifetime’s travel. Thanks Jayne.

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. The location of the unit is super convenient. There is no hassle and stress to travel to the airport in very early morning. Aster provided prompt and warm assistance for any enquiries.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating to our needs and really made our stay extremely pleasant! The place is huge even for a family of 8, not to mention the spectacular view from level 59! Definitely value for money and highly recommended for those looking for a place to stay in the CBD area.
