We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

10/10 stay! The property itself is breathtaking, not to mention the city views it has to offer, we felt at home as soon as we turned the key and opened the door. The location is right in the heart of prahran, with everything at your doorstep with amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre of it all!

This is our favourite place when we visit Melbourne. We have stayed at Allan’s place over the last few years. It is absolutely perfect, homely and an excellent, modern unit with everything you need! Located in a perfect spot in Hawthorn East! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport. We will certainly look to stay at this AirBnB if it is available. Allan is the perfect host, he is always supportive and of assistance to make your stay welcome and memorable.

Great to stay

David’s apartment was fab. I was there for 2 weeks and felt like a true local. It’s such a cool building with the large ceilings and warehouse vibe. It’s steps away from the station, right next to all the great eats of Swan st and just such a great vibe. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, it’s mostly a quiet place, with the usual day-to-day sounds from the upstairs neighbours now and then. It’s an old building so it’s to be expected. It was pretty chilly weather when I stayed but the reverse cycle warmed it pretty well. Also it’s really equiped for long term stays. The washer/dryer was fab, great kitchen and Coles is 5 mins walk away so you’ve got groceries close by. Oh and Hectors Deli is 1 mins away, great for Sunday pastries and coffee! This apartment was lovely and quiet and in a very nice apartment block. It was great being walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Michael was a great host and responded really quickly to any queries and requests I had and was very helpful.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Anna and Greg’s place — a true home away from home. Greg was very welcoming and gave us a great walkthrough of the house. They thoughtfully prepared a breakfast starter kit based on our preferences, including bacon, eggs, milk, and even chocolate teddies and popcorn for our son. The home was cozy and well-equipped with heated floors, comfy linen, a Nespresso machine with plenty of capsules, cooking essentials, and Netflix. Our son loved the beautiful backyard, playing soccer daily, and enjoyed the toys, books, LEGO, and trucks provided. The location was peaceful and quiet, just 200m to a playground, 5 mins drive to Woolworths, and 20 mins drive to the city. Thank you, Anna and Greg, for such a comfortable and memorable stay!

This place was great, was like being at home. had everything we needed and was close to shops and restaurants. Host Sofi was very accommodating and responded quickly to any of our enquiries. Check in was a breeze and the place was easy to get to.

Jo's place was beautiful, exactly as described and felt right at home. Check in was also easy. Jo was super responsive and communication was easy. Would book again!

Our stay at Paul & Dan’s place was excellent. The layout of the apartment and all the finishes and furnishings were top quality, making our stay very comfortable. We were able to spread within the apartment, which was great for a group. We were in easy walking distance to a variety of cafes, shopping and public transport. The fireplace was a welcome touch for the cold Melbourne weather! Very much enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend.

If we could give 6 stars we would. Graeme’s apartment lived up to its description and photos. It is spotless and beautifully appointed. It is conveniently located in a lovely neighbourhood that appeals to all ages with shops, café, restaurants and parks in comfortable walking distance. Though the train station is nearby we were not impacted by any noise. Most importantly Grame was a responsive and considerate host who made our two month stay welcoming and comfortable from beginning to end.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely and clean. The entrance was a little tricky to get to as the traffic is busy on a Saturday and parking spaces on the road were all taken. However, once we had met with our host and had access to the carpark it became a lot easier. Great central location with access to lots of Chinese restaurants, markets and shopping facilities.

Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

The amenities and the views from Jeff and Melinda's apartment was the standout of our stay. Our son loved the kids room so much he wanted to sleep all by himself and also had lots of fun with the toy box. its well located with a tram stop right outside and facilities all around you. Very comfortable and highly recommended. Our favourite place to stay in Melbourne.

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊
