Super Cozy! RELAX, Netflix, Clim ( A/C), Bicycles

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Very quiet little house in a quiet street only a short 10 minutes walk from the city centre. There's free parking right in front, and there's always space. Very comfortable. Queen size bed, Netflix, Dolby surround, a nice folk guitar, a hamac. You should have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I keep th place impeccably clean and I expect my guests to respect the place. Have a great stay.

Great romantic stay on the Cognac Mademoiselle, Julie is very responsive and above all gives good advice Responsiveness also from Fabienne who takes care of the check-in. The location is great because everything can be done on foot! The Hennessy tour is 2 min, guinguette 8 min walk and super good restaurants at the same distance. It's great. There's also everything in the city center! We really enjoyed the tavern and the bakery (where we give our token) The boat is very well organized, and you can spend pleasant evenings in peace.
