Overall a wonderful place to stay, especially for two couples/four travelers. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen- a couple of groceries stores close by. Really enjoyed hanging out in the living room during down time. If you need to do any work, the wifi is good. Big dining table if needed. Lots of cafe/ restaurant options within just a few blocks, many of which are ethnic. Note that if you leave really early morning (or get home late evening) the Passage gate is locked. To leave the flat, you will have to take the elevator to the second floor and then take the stairs down to the green door exit. The person who checks you in will explain how all the entryways work. No big complaints, but if you’re used to heftier pillows, that’s not always the case in Paris. Hotel prior to Airbnb also had thin pillows. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

Very good stay at Charles' apartment. We feel very good there, it is quiet, easy to access and close to all amenities Charles is very friendly and available to help I highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment with delicious restaurant and bakery below. Walking distance to other great restaurants, bars and shopping. Close the US Embassy. Easy access for Uber pickups. Walking distance to Lafayette Galleries mall shopping, Vendome Louie Vuitton store, Ritz Carlton and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had an outstanding experience at this beautifully refurbished apartment in Bourg-la-Reine. The space is impressively clean and comfortable, featuring cozy beds and a large TV perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The apartment is notably spacious, a rare find in the Paris area, and includes the added conveniences of a lift and free parking. The location is ideal: just a 2-minute walk to the Bourg-la-Reine RER B station, providing quick and easy access to central Paris and major attractions. Accommodation perfectly consistent with the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We came with our little dog, fully fenced courtyard. Audrey was attentive in giving us multimedia info about the place. We recommend it +++

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Jean-Rene's house which was well equipped with everything you needed. Jean-Rene was very easy to contact and was quick to respond. He gave many recommendations of places to eat and sites to visit. The natural elephant statues in the forest were amazing, the forest is just a short walk from the house. This was our first visit to Barbizon, the house is perfectly located near to the centre of the village which is a delight to walk through.

The space is very cosy and in pristine condition, Liqing made sure everything was in order and walked us through how to use anything we inquired about. The yard is also very clean and pretty 🤍 The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. We had an amazing stay at Iteb's! After welcoming us like princes, Iteb took the time to show us the accommodation and explain how each piece of equipment in the pool area works. The pool area is just great! 14m long pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness area with giant screen and state-of-the-art massage chair! Simply awesome! Iteb knows and loves to host, he is generous, very friendly and has no shortage of conversation topics! We also had the chance to access his incredible fully-equipped cinema for a private screening that we won't forget! An unforgettable stay! We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for everything Iteb ;)

We had a great time at Ann-Sophie and David's. The accommodation is ideal: quiet, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. Everything was thought of to ensure we had a good time, including with our 18-month-old daughter. The high chair and folding crib provided were very practical. The decor is neat, the spaces well furnished, with plenty of storage that makes the stay very comfortable. Ann-Sophie and David are very available, welcoming and very flexible hosts (and that's despite our late arrival). The setting is original and charming, in the heart of a stud farm with horses nearby, a real joy for our little girl who was fascinated! The location is perfect for discovering the region, with Fontainebleau nearby and many charming villages to explore in the surrounding area. Ideal pied-à-terre for a cultural and exotic stay. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!

We stayed at this place for an extended weekend. Everything was great. You can plan about 40 minutes to downtown. We had a very nice time.
