lovely little house near Roche aux sabots. we stayed there with four adults and one small kid. the garden is beautiful the house absolutely big enough, the kitchen is well equip. we loved it

Highly recommended and definitely for a dog owner. Immensely large garden that we were allowed to use. It was enjoyable and actually too short.

Beautiful cottage in a top location. View of the Seine and close to a nice Italian restaurant. For was, the distance to go bouldering in Font was extremely important. Which is also a plus of this cottage! Even the two four-legged friends had a good time. There is no garden but that certainly does not bother given the location :D Enormously enjoyed and perhaps see you again!

Lovely place and the perfect location. Amazing forest right around you and Boulders (if you like bouldering) at 2 minute walking distance. Would come again!

the house is in an idyllic place, in the middle of the forest, very quiet. The accommodation is very comfortable, very well-equipped (especially with children). Many activities around. We were sad to leave it!

We had a great time in a perfect accommodation with a heartwarming host. well equipped kitchen, lovely interior, good coffee machine, huge beds and plenty of space in the sleeping rooms. definitely not our last visit.

Great place to stay for access to the forest. Easy to find and check in was easy. Host was very quick to respond to queries and was very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived before the pool was open but we would have used it if we could and it were a bit warmer. Rooms were clean and a good size. Kitchen is a little small but we managed to cook for us all okay. Regret not using the sauna but amazing that it were there.

A beautiful house within walking distance of Barbizon village. The garden was pristine and a wonderful spot for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the house had lovely nooks for relaxing with a book. Helen was very responsive and the guide left at the house included all the necessary information. We hope to return.

Large house, well furnished. Boris was very available to respond to our messages before and during the stay. Very nice pool because we had good weather. Some problems with the pool but Boris had the pool attendant moved quickly so that the stay went smoothly Concierge service is lacking, cleanliness of the accommodation is borderline.

A beautiful place to stay! We were looking for a quiet air bnb a few days before a family wedding and this place was absolutely perfect! Katy and Arnaud were great hosts. The grounds, pool and cottage are all stunning. 10/10!

We had a great weekend at Camille's house! We were 2 couples with 4 children, the spaces were perfect! Ideal house for a weekend with friends or family, very well-equipped with a very large garden!! Flexible and responsive host.

We had a great 2-day stay at Lou's with the family. The house is full of charm, very well equipped, and the nice terrace in the garden is a real plus to enjoy the quiet. The location is ideal, close to the shops of the village, which is very convenient. Lou welcomed us warmly and was very available and accommodating! A place we highly recommend :)

This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . Quiet accommodation. Functional, clean, good location for going to Paris by train. Easy and secure parking. Accommodating owner.

Very nice place. We had a wonderful stay. We felt like at home. It’s both close to the bakery and nice restaurants and easy to cook at home. Very cozy place to stay for a week and great to have parking in front of the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Incredible stay. The apartment is updated, beautiful and spacious. The grounds are very peaceful and maintained. The location is right across the street from the chateau, can’t beat it. Charles and Melis were wonderful to interact with and even went the extra mile by kindly offering to help us navigate the local real estate market. Highly recommend!
