Welcome to my city retreat! 1 bedroom, ground floor apartment with private entrance and off road parking, in the quiet & leafy Bournville area, convenient for B'ham Uni & QE Hospital. The bars and restaurants of Stirchley are a few minutes walk, as are bus and train services to the city. Or, relax in your own canal side area with covered seating. As your host, I've curated the space to reflect Birmingham and the apartment is personally managed, so you will always be in direct contact with me.

Double Room2 with free parking

My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Spacious suite w. private bathroom near UoB, QE

Spacious, bright and private top-floor suite with it's own full bathroom, in a charming old rowhouse in the heart of Harborne. Central location: 2 min. walk to the popular Harborne High St, with numerous restaurants and pubs, cafes and stores to browse; good transport connections (bus). 10 min walk (0.5 miles) to QE Hospital, 20 min walk to University of Birmingham (0.8 miles), 50 min walk or 15-30 min bus ride to city centre depending on time of day (2.4 miles). Pets welcome. :)

Cosy Bedroom with Private Bathroom & Breakfast

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Honeyhome - A peaceful, garden-view double bedroom

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely double room, hosted by a chilled out young couple of professional creatives. The neighbourhood is so calm and pretty, with two amazing parks near by, the historic Red Lion pub and music venue, the famously trendy Moseley just a stroll away and easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and Birmingham city centre. You are welcome to use the dining room, kitchen and washing machine but please let us know in advance.

A private room in a large grade 2 listed Victorian family home in the leafy suburb of Edgbaston. An ideal location near the city centre with major bus routes a minutes walk away, the city centre is just a shop hop away. This is located on a quiet dead end road with free on street parking. Guests will have the use of their own private room with lock and access to shared areas including kitchen, ,living room, bathrooms and mature garden.

The Garden Room is situated in historic Bournville, home to Cadburys. It offers self-contained accommodation comprising a double bed, seating area, kitchenette, en-suite shower room, free wifi, smart TV, outside table and chairs, and parking.
