The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Old forge in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park

On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our vacation rental has found refuge in an old 18th century farmhouse, classified by the Heritage Foundation. My accommodation is a village house located in a large shaded garden, 5 min walk to the city center (Bar, Tobacco, Bakery, Vival) and hiking trails (Saint-Jacques de Compostela, Pilat Regional Park). Summer seasonal rental to enjoy the joys of the surrounding nature. Capacity of 8 beds maximum. The village is at the crossroads of the Rhône, Loire and Ardèche - 14 km from Annonay (16 minutes from Peaugres) and 20 km from Condrieu and the Rhône Valley.

Hubert and Claudine welcome you to their gite, which is adjoining their home. "The Mas cottage", an old farmhouse dating from 1829 renovated by their care. It is located 2 km from the village of Bourg-Argental. It is located on a southeast slope offering views of the green nature, in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park. The cottage has an area of 75 m2 consisting of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Fred and Annie welcome you to their cottage, adjoining their home."Gite le tilleul" old family house renovated by them. It is 2.5 km from the village of Bourg-argental. The cottage has an area of 150 m2 with shaded terrace, its south-east exposure offers a panorama of the Alps in clear weather.
