Villa vacation rentals in Boulouris, Saint-Raphaël

Evelin and Christine provided us with all important information in a timely manner. She was easily accessible, very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. The house is very nice and thoughtfully decorated. We were 9 people and cooked a lot, so we were delighted that there were a lot of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen. There were also plenty of opportunities to hang towels in the bathroom and there was enough space and chairs for everyone at the table. The rooms were a good size and were air conditioned. The house is a bit noisy. You have a lot of privacy and don't see or hear any neighbors and have a great view of the countryside. Since the house is located on the mountain, the village is hardly within walking distance, so it is better to arrive by car. Trash cans are nearby. Overall, we had a very nice time there and we didn't miss anything. We would come back and can recommend it.

We had a wonderful vacation at Giovanni's house 🥰 He greeted us personally upon arrival and calmly showed us the beautiful vacation home and explained everything. There's nothing missing in the house. Our children particularly liked the heated pool, so they were also able to spend the few rainy days well 💦 And we adults could enjoy the sauna 😃 The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Bakers and shops are less than five minutes away by Car reachable. The spacious property is completely fenced and you don't have to worry about a child getting lost. We will be happy to come back! We had a wonderful family stay at Renee's place. The views are absolutely stunning so it was always a pleasure to be in the gardens, especially for meal times. The house is beautiful with amazing spaces. The open kitchen and living area was so perfect for what we wanted for our trip, which was to spend time with family who had travelled from the US. Cooking and being together before meal times and then relaxing together in the evening over a movie. The pool is great and because it is in a separate area down multiple stairs from the main garden, we could play with our toddler without worrying about him making a beeline for the pool. Our bed was really comfortable, as were the sofas and the kitchen is really well equipped, with also a barbecue. The location suited us really well since we had a car and we really enjoyed exploring the riviera. Highly recommended! Keith

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

This was the perfect holiday home for us, would love to go back here! There is everything you need and a little more. A gorgeous view, great pool area and garden. The house is cozy, clean and organized. It is a must with a rental car as there is no public transport in the area. the host responds quickly if there was anything and we felt very welcome again at check out. would definitely recommend this resort!

“A fantastic week in a wonderful house” We (10 adults, 1 toddler) spent a week in September in Grasse – in this very nice house. The house had everything we needed: Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, generous social areas both outdoors and indoors, and a really nice kitchen. Add to that a lush and beautiful garden and an inviting pool. The location of the house was very quiet, with a short car ride to bakeries, grocery stores, and Grasse. We also took trips to Monaco, Cannes and Nice as well as to the small villages close to the house. Everything was within easy reach. The hosts were always helpful if we had any questions and responded immediately if we reached out. Our stay went very smoothly, and we can highly recommend the house and the hosts!”

Agathe was very helpful throughout our stay. She was responsive when we had minor problems, and in general very helpful. She also helped out when it turned out that our initial booking could not be done due to last minute changes.

We spent 2 weeks in the beautiful Villa Casa Mia. The house was absolutely clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The garden around the pool is very nicely planted and not visible. We also very much appreciated that the property was completely fenced and that our dog was also welcome, with even 2 bowls ready for him. Marianne is a wonderful host and the communication with her is very friendly. Thank you! We enjoyed the stay and are happy to recommend the villa.

Our stay with Roland and Nadine was truly wonderful. The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. Roland and Nadine went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We had an exceptional stay! Virginia and her husband were very attentive… Small (big) touches on arrival, pastries one beautiful morning... not to mention all that the house already offered us! The house is exactly what we were looking for. It's a very quiet place but close to everything, with all the necessary amenities and more! I highly recommend and thank the hosts again for their kindness and hospitality!

Host was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The big villa was excellent as were both pools. The small villa was damp and had an odor and the bedrooms were very small. The location was very good as far as getting to many villages but some ubers were not willing to drive to the home. Instructions for the appliances would be helpful. I do not want to sound negative as it is a lovely property but this info would have been helpful to us.

Marie and Gerard's place is a small piece of paradise in the center of Saint Tropez. The well-organized house has a very well-kept and quiet outdoor area. It also comes with parking. You can walk to all the areas of interest in Saint Tropez and quickly leave the village by car to reach the most distant beaches (Saline and Pamplone). The care of the house in the absence of Marie and Gerard is in the hands of Jeannine always ready to respond to any need. The house is impeccable and you feel comfortable right away. I thank Marie, Gerard and Jeannine for their hospitality.

We loved our stay and everything was perfect! Cecile was an outstanding host and she was extremely helpful. This was one of our best stay with Airbnb. The house was splendid and the views incredible. We would love to stay there again!

Beautiful house with simple and beautiful amenities. The garden is very large with a great pool and boules facility. Communication with Cem was excellent and very friendly. We enjoyed it very much.

Emilie is a fantastic host and was always on hand to help and guide us in the right direction. She even sent us a video so we could find the route to the house, which was incredibly useful! The house itself is a 10 minute stroll into Plan de la Tour, so you can get fresh bread and croissants in the mornings. The pool is heated and very pleasant. There are plenty of things to do in the house, from the boule pitch, to BBQ, gas as well as wood in the winter months. Board games and cards. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped as is the main kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with easy to use heating and aircon. The lemon trees are fantastic and full of lemons. You have the sun all day! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a great weekend with the family at Alban's house. The heated pool, the small playground, the pétanque court, everything is planned for young and old to have fun. We warmly recommend this listing!

Very nice, modern home with a very friendly and responsive host. Very quiet area a little more in the interior, so a car is a must. The private swimming pool and jacuzzi are top notch. For us, there were 2 downsides: beds are on the smaller side for 2 people (140x200) and the pool is not heated (less ideal with children out of season). For the rest, everything was great.

It is a comfortable and cozy home with amazing views. A large piece of land all around and terraces everywhere. Everything is generously present and we ( 6 adults) felt right at home. Host responds quickly and reception from Laurent was warm. We enjoyed it. Thank you for this.

we had a very good stay in the Villa. The house is very nice, compliant with the pictures, and extremely quiet. The swimming pool and tennis courts are at walking distance and it's possible to park the car in front of the door leading to the villa in few steps. Equipment , beds, kitchen, AC, TV very modern and well functioning, including the piano you can see on the picture. The balcony is spacious, relaxing, and ideal for evening apertives and dinners

Great experience in a beautiful house! I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The house was great: clean, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Everything was taken care of to the last detail, which immediately made for a warm and welcome feeling. The surroundings were also beautiful – wonderfully quiet, beautiful nature and yet all easily accessible. Whether you wanted to hike, cycle or just unwind, it was all possible. All in all a fantastic experience that has exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this stay and would love to come back here sometime
