Independent entrance with private wooded garden view, shared pool (11 x 6m) unsecured for children, gated bedroom, living/dining room with TV, equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet. 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille. 8 minutes by car, Arena room in the Pays d 'Aix. Car is recommended, parking is assured, bus stop is a 3-minute walk away

Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

Small 13 m2 studio located in the heart of the historic center of Aix-en-Provence with rooftop views. You will be enchanted by stunning sunsets. At the center of all activities: farmers' market every morning on the square side, restaurants, shops, museums... Close to everything, but quiet, you will enjoy a small serene and exotic cocoon. Paid parking nearby: Cardeurs (1-min walk), Pasteur (5-min walk). Please note that the studio is located on the 5th floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR.

sur le haut de Bouc Bel Air , venez profiter du calme à 10 mn d'Aix en Provence et 25 mn de Marseille et des plages de la côte bleue dans un grand T3 confortable et bien équipé. la véranda donne sur la pinède et le vieux village. deux chambres confortables avec accès direct sur la terrasse. un véhicule est nécessaire car il n'y a qu'un bus qui va vers Aix ou vers Gardanne à proximité de la maison .

In the countryside with the view of a charming valley, the AIX EN PROVENCE sign is a kilometer away. The Mazet has four well-equipped 40m² studios each with a spacious walk-in shower, a kitchen area, a dining room table, a very comfortable 160 bed and a real single bed also serving as a sofa. Les Figuiers is room #1.

Living in Marseille for 10 years, I welcome you to a real maid's room (12 m2) and the bathroom/toilet on the landing, refurbished by me. I provide everything you need for a short stay (coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, microwave and dishes) and remain available for other requests and questions if necessary.
