Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

We are just outside the city boundary and just a 15min bike ride along the river to the Town Centre. you can use the citi 3 bus stop which is just on the corner. The property has a small kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge. We have a small table & 2 chairs.There's a double bed, clothes storage plus ensuite with towels & toiletries provided plus underfloor heating for comfort.

Placed on a no through road directly leading to the river tow path into the city making it perfect for cyclists. We are on the door step for Cambridge city, Science & Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, Milton Country Park & walks along the River Cam. Free parking. We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. (every ten minutes)

The Old Saddlery, Fulbourn

A fully renovated two storey characterful one bedroom house converted from an original Saddlery shop. The house adjoins our main home and is completely self contained with a private entrance. Everything is new to include Karndean flooring and carpets, open plan kitchen with Quartz worktops with Siemens appliances, built in fridge, breakfast bar, double glazed windows, solid oak doors, first floor sparkling shower room en-suite. Enclosed patio garden. Parking to the front on the road.

The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, air fryer, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

The Burrow

A tiny but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.
