Die Unterkunft von Marco und Valentina liegt in einer ländlicheren und ruhigen Gegend, so dass eine erholsame Zeit garantiert ist. Mittels Auto kann man sehr gut Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städten in der Umgebung unternehmen. Auf dem Grundstück wurde uns ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Unterkunft selbst war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Außerdem wurden zusätzlich Tee, Marmeladen, Gebäck, sowie Gewürze zur Verfügung gestellt. Unweit der Unterkunft findet sich eine Tankstelle und binnen weniger Minuten ist ein Supermarkt per Auto zu erreichen. Valentina war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die jederzeit gut erreichbar war, um sich um unsere Belange zu kümmern. Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet und wir können einen Aufenthalt auf jenen Fall empfehlen.

“Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. En general, muy cómodo, aunque la cama del salón podría ser un poco más confortable. Aun así, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva y sin duda lo recomendaríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!”

Almost everything was great, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Since Italy has stringent recycling and garbage disposal rules, it was unfortunate that the apartment did not have presort bins. Worse yet, the previous tenant lost the key card needed to dispose of miscellaneous waste (i.e. stuff that isn't simple paper, plastic, glass, or organic - which is more than one would think) so we needed to be rather creative about that. It would have been better had we been told about it ahead of time. The other oddity was that the dining table had only one chair, making it an awkward arrangement for two people. The kitchen counter had two stools but we needed that space for makeshift recycling bins. The apartment faces the courtyard which avoids all street noise but not air conditioning unit noise should you want to leave the window open. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station but 25 minutes to the old city center. However, bus service is plentiful. All in all, we would stay here again.

Very nice place and helpful host. I highly recommend this place. It is perfect to stay for work and vacation. We stayed there for a very long time and it was excellent. We have only good experience. 5 star property!

great place for one to stay in bologna. very walkable, or easy to get a taxi if that’s your preference. fabrizia is very responsive and communicative. overall very easy experience!

Enrico is een zeer gastvrije host. Vanaf het eerste moment reageerde hij snel, dacht mee en nodigde ons uit om mee te eten. Hij gaf ons een warm welkom, liet met liefde het huis en tuin zien en gaf tips voor leuke activiteiten in de omgeving. Heerlijke plek om even tot rust te komen. We hebben genoten en komen als we onderweg of in de buurt zijn zeker nog een keer terug!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!
