Our family stayed here for the Kukeri festival. We had a nice stay. Everything was clean and as shown in the photos. It was about 10-15 minute drive from the festival. There was a playground in the gated courtyard in back, and we met other friendly families there. The festival was incredible and we want to come back again!

The apartment was nice and spacious, with a balcony in the direction of the sunrise. It was winter and the place stayed warm throughout. Georgi was very helpful in any results I had. There were a few quirks about the apartment, so you gotta watch your head if you’re tall. Nice quiet location right next to the park, and supermarkets/shops walking distance.

First class apartment right at the business park where we needed to be. Very clean, excellently presented and very comfortable for the 6 nights we stayed. Also the metro station was only 150m away which took you straight into the centre of Sofia…. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again on any return visits…

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

Thank you Georgi, you were a perfect host :) A friend and I stayed at Georgi's place for a once in a lifetime trip to see the Surva festival. The location was perfect, woken by bells each morning in time to get a great spot to see the parade. Another review mentioned the stairs - my friend and I are both somewhat disabled and found the stairs to be okay, especially considering the convenience of everything around the apartment. Georgi was so helpful with any info we needed, we found it very easy to locate anything we needed. Thank you again, this was the perfect base for such a special experience.
