what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

I have just returned from spending an amazing week in Cavtat the apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the town. The hospitality I received from Ivo and his family was the best I have ever experienced. Home cooked lasagne delivered to my door, cocktails when I was round the pool and sharing the fish they had caught that day all added to making this my best holiday ever I've never done this before, I booked for next year before I left if staying in Cavtat please stay here if it's not already fully booked! thank you Ivo and the wonderful Rosa see you next year

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Her local tips and warm hospitality made us feel so welcome and looked after. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you, Sanja

We stayed for a week - 6 adults and 2 toddlers. This was the perfect villa! It was very clean, absolutely spotless. The villa is a great size meaning we all had plenty of space. Many bathrooms and balconies etc made it perfect for a few couples to be living in. The children loved the garden with the play set and the pool being fenced off was a brilliant feature to keep the young children safe. The pool area was an amazing feature to this house, having your own pool which is a good size and plenty of sun beds was fabulous. Lovely quiet area with no neighbours looking into the pool area etc, very private and chilled. The hosts live beside the house so are always on hand if needed and they communicate excellently throughout the stay. Ivo & his family were amazing hosts and we couldn’t have asked for any better. They even turned up with a cake on my father in laws birthday which was a lovely surprise and gave us parting gifts too. 100% would recommend, thank you Ivo and family!

Mihovil was a great host and was very helpful in answering all my questions beforehand. The accommodation was clean and tidy and Mihovil provided us with a great selection of drinks and food which was very handy and considerate especially as there was no shop in Bosanka. I’d say the location is great as it was quieter and cooler than Dubrovnik but bear in mind that the bus in the morning only ran at 7am or 11am. If you’re happy to use taxis/uber etc then I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant round the corner is excellent too! Thank you Mihovil we had a great time staying in your accommodation! The pool was loved by our daughter despite being cooler due to visiting in May.

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

Great Host, Great Location, Super Clean, Great Views, wonderful bedding. Ivica was there to greet us and provide information and recommendations. The apartment was beautiful and brand new. we walked to-from Old Town without issue. If you thinking of staying here I highly recommend any of Iviva's apartments in this building.

this was our second time at Marko's place and it was amazing once more! very private, clean and comfortable house, very helpful and responsive host. highly recommended and we will be back for sure!

I enjoyed the stay at Kala apartment hosted by Ana, Host is very helpful and humble in nature, She explained everything very carefully which helped me during the sightseeing. Apartment was very clean and every essentials of shower and kitchen was there. Apartment also have plenty of book collections good for the reader. Bus stop is just 5-8 min walkable, surroundings are residential and modern in town. Overall it was a nice stay, highly recommenderd ❤️

Glorija's place made our stay in Dubrovnik even more enjoyable. We have a family of four and stayed for a week, and it was a perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik. It is just a short walk to the Old Town and Banje Beach. There are quite a few stairs to reach the apartment, but you'll soon learn that Dubrovnik is full of stairs everywhere. Besides, the short hike up the stairs is worth it for the beautiful view that we woke up to every morning from the balcony of the apartment. Glorija was a superb host - friendly, accommodating, and eager to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. If we find ourselves in Dubrovnik again, I would definitely stay at her place again.

Andrea was an incredible host! She helped us set up transportation from the airport to the Airbnb, she walked us to our apartment and then offered ice cream as a welcome to us! She was so kind and her space was very clean and beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. She showed back up at check out to ask if she needed to store our bags in between check out and our flight. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful city at this beautiful, well accommodating Airbnb. Thank you Andrea!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Mia’s place!! I honestly couldn’t wait to write this review because we didn’t have a single complaint. Mia and her mom, Maris were the most incredible hosts. From check in you felt like family. They gave wonderful recommendations and also completely respected our privacy! The Airbnb was so close to everything, just a short walk to the old town and I am SO glad we chose to stay outside the city walls!!! So quiet at night, and a view to die for! The bed was comfortable, AC worked amazing, kitchen had what we needed, great hot water for showers. Truly we couldn’t have asked for a better trip!! Oh also they had beach towels for us to use which was so nice! You won’t regret booking this one!!

Good place with lots of beds and space. Location is 25 minutes from Old Town Dubrovnik by car, would recommend for someone with a rental car.

We loved staying at Marijana’s beautiful home! It’s even better than the photos! She was so kind and flexible with us dropping off our bags early, and gave great recommendations on restaurants. The home is in a perfect location but as others have said, be prepared for lots of stairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location to old town. Probably about 5 to 10mins walk to it. dubrovnik is a place filled with steps, but this house is probably only about 10 to 15 steps or so from the road. Thus, it's a very good location. All amenities included except you gotta bring your own shampoo and body wash because they don't have those two. But I asked the customer service about it and they offered to sent it over for us on request. So, overall it's a good customer service there. Quite prompt in request to solve issues if you have any. Otherwise, it's good and will highly recommend.

The apartment is very nice, functional, beautiful decor and everything is there for a great stay. Bus line down the street to reach the old town very easily. We had a wonderful week engraved in our memory and our heart. Kate and Niko were wonderful hosts and helped us with numerous things during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I loved it was a family owned and run apartment. The apartment is directly above restaurants but it was no bother to us. The view out the windows was heaven sent! Cavtat is such a beautiful village and the position of the apartment meant everything was right there within a few steps. We would happily return to Kate and Niko’s beautiful apartment.

Beautiful historic home right in the heart of the city. Nikolina made check-in a breeze and even helped us with lugging our bags up the city steps. The area was quiet and peaceful at night with a great little patio for enjoying the gorgeous weather.

Ivica is very attentive to his tenants. We arrived 3 hours before the scheduled time and we were able to settle in immediately. The apartment is very well furnished (like at home). You'll even find sunscreen in the bathroom!! The terrace overlooking the sea is the most remarkable point. We don't want to leave it anymore... We took some beautiful excursions nearby. When we drove to Montenegro, Ivica gave us directions to avoid a long wait at customs. There is a very large selection of activities and we very much appreciated the fact that there are far fewer people than in Dubrovnik itself!! Recommended without hesitation.... Thank you, Ivica and Maja!

Amazing location! This place has all the views and privacy needed to relax and unwind. Ante was Outstanding as our host, he was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants, parking, and attractions. Would definitely return and spend more time!

Aurora is a wonderful host, very kind, responsive, and flexible. She was always available to answer any questions, and her instructions were clear and helpful, which made everything go smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, perfect for visiting Dubrovnik, as well as nearby cities in Montenegro and Bosnia. We also really enjoyed the pool, it was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. We had a fantastic stay and truly appreciated her hospitality!

This was a great place to stay while visiting the Dubrovnik area. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Tonci was always very responsive and helpful. His mother was very nice and welcoming. We felt right at home. If ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here!
