Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. We stayed here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary, our first holiday without the children! We could not have picked a better place ☺️ The apartment was spotless with the most incredible view across the sea from the leafy veranda and hot tub, so romantic ❤️ And loads of little touches in both the kitchen and bathroom, plus a comfy bed and effective air con 😅 Gina was so responsive and helpful with all my questions before we even arrived and gave loads of recommendations & met us there. The location is great, about a 40 minute walk or an easy direct bus trip to the old town from right by the apartment, we walked it most days cause we’re quite active. We were so happy we stayed outside the old town cause it was very busy with tourists and expensive, and by the port where we were was much quieter and a beautiful view. I was so happy we picked this place as it really was what made our stay in Dubrovnik perfect, I would recommend to everyone. Thanks guys!x

This place was awesome especially if you are a big group! She let us check in early which was so kind and gave us plenty of keys! The place looks exactly like the picture and the outdoor courtyard was our favorite place in the house. Sandra was super helpful especially for members that arrived later. The location was wonderful for everything we wanted to do.

Neven was an incredible host, who met us at the property and gave us a tour. We even had some snacks waiting for us (very much needed after our flight!) Prior to the visit Neven had sent an array of information detailing restaurant recommendations and places to visit, this was very useful when planning our stay. Among the cleanliness of the property and location one the highlights was the amazing sculptures at the property and the stories behind them. We came to celebrate my Husband's 40th and would absolutely come back. Neven is a credit to AirBnB hosting and we truly wish him all the best 😊.

The small apartment is very nicely located between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both super easy to reach by bus. Mlini and Srebreno are also worth at least one visit and are within walking distance. The surroundings are perfect - quiet and well connected. We were very pleasantly surprised, as the apartment is newer and more modern than in the pictures. Everything you need is there, the view from the balcony is a dream, the pool is super clean and almost right outside the front door. The hosts are available at all times and respond very quickly. We were picked up from the airport and also taken back in the middle of the night - thank you! We highly recommend!

What an intimate way to enjoy the bustling town of Dubrovnik! Pictures don't do justice to the charm of this home. It was the perfect place for two families - plenty of bathrooms and cozy common-space. Most importantly, Darko is a gracious host who provided excellent recommendations of how to approach Dubrovnik in the amount of time we had. We felt very welcome and appreciated his great communication. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Having private parking was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay — highly recommend!

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

To me, this was the perfect place where to stay in the old town of Dubrovnik. Mia was just extremely accommodating and helpful: one of the best Airbnb hosts I had. The apartment is truly nice for single or a couple. Ample, charming bedroom. comfortable bed. AC works. The living area / kitchen is on the smaller side but when you visit Dubrovnik, it does not really matter: what matters it that you are tuck away in a small quiet alley 40 meters from the main street so walking distance to all the museums and attraction of the old town. You really feel like living in this historical place and still enjoy tranquillity and comfort. All was very clean, wifi fast and reliable. To be noted: one easy flight of stairs. I highly recommended this apartment and Mia as a host.

Nike’s place was great. It is accurately described & it looks like the photos. She was flexible with our check in which was really helpful. She gave us great recs for restaurants & grocery stores. It’s cozy but it has everything you might need!

Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

We had a lovely stay at Mia‘s in Dubrovnik :) The apartment was decently sized for three to four people and was equipped with everything we needed. The shower outside was a nice feature, especially during the hotter days!

Danica was amazing with us, really good experience. She even recommended the way to go to city center as is at really short distance

A fantastic cottage right on the water. The jetty where you can lie is very private and you can lie there for several hours and watch boats. The terrace is beautiful and it was fun to grill there and have breakfast every morning. The hosts greeted us with a welcome drink and otherwise you had your privacy. Dubrovnik is easy to reach by car or Uber in 10 min. The only point of improvement would be new mattresses (you could feel the feathers). We also found it very pleasant that there were 3 bathrooms and we got towels for the loungers. All in all, a really great stay👍

Fortunate to have 11 nights in the Royal apartment. Suzana looked after us as Jadranka was away. Both though were responsive when needed assistance. As described in the listing with wonderful views across Lapad bay. There are 4 apartments in the complex along with the Hosts accommodation. Romantic apartment is at the top same level as pool area. Next down was the Royal, Harmony a few steps further down and Marine the lowest. All very private and didn’t hear any unnecessary noise from other guests. 61 steep steps from street to apartment door and the shower is in the hydro bath so a bit of a high step there. My wife was a bit hesitant as she has had a hip replacement couple of years ago but found a routine! Using the elevators at nearby More and Kompas hotels to get back from the promenade was a good handy hint! Amenities were good. Some instructions would be helpful especially using the appliances. A beautiful apartment with a great view and a fabulous pool close to the centre of the town. It’s a short walk up the hill … easier on the way down than back up to the apartment! Cavtat is a really stunning location and the apartment was perfect for the 9 days we spent there. Really helpful and accommodating host and we will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay and well worth a 5 star rating in every respect. Great hosts providing lots of local advice and recommendations. Sandra, Mato and co were incredibly helpful from the outset, texting and asking if we needed any help or assistance and even offered to organise airport transfers for us. They were there to meet us when we arrived and walked us through the facilities. They even took time to talk us through the local area, restaurant recommendations and food tourist spots. The apartment was everything we needed and was ideally located so we were always close to anywhere we needed to go. I couldn’t recommend this more, we were incredibly happy with our stay.

The villa is a gem. The views are unbelievable, the peacefulness was amazing and there are not enough words for the amount of help Diana gave us. Diana waited for us with fruit, charcuterie board, drinks and home made pastry. She set up all the transportation we requested and gave us suggestions of things to do. She even brought us flour at 9:00 pm so we can make crepes. The only thing that you can’t do is walk to places. So, if you are a walker and want a lot of things to do all day, you might want to pick a different villa. We spent time enjoying the views and peacefulness and had time to go sightseeing.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

This was an excellent stay and the family loved every part of it. It was also not far off from Dubrovnik city centre (approx 15 min drive) and the beach was also a walk away. Emily was really helpful responding to any of our queries and overall customer service was great :)
