Front and 180-degree sea view. ( I.U.N. code S1140) The apartment is bright, spacious, well-kept, fresh. The sea is always company in all the rooms from which you will appreciate the sea breeze, the sound of the waves, beautiful sunsets to the west, the moon over the sea, and starry skies. Rich library, music corner, hammock, sofa and armchairs for relaxation. There is no elevator, but the stairs are comfortable. The water is drinkable, but I have installed a purifier Wifi available. Pets are welcome.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

Small apartment located above an ancient water source in the center of Bosa. This has a private terrace, a kitchen area with dining area, a double bedroom with a private bathroom. The tourist tax requested by the municipality of Bosa will be required at check-in. It is 1€ (per person per night) in the period from October 1st to May 31st. While from June 1st to September 30 it is €1.50 (per person per night). The tax must only be paid for a maximum of 7 nights.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
