The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces in order to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Light is everywhere

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Piccolo appartamento situato sopra un’antica fonte d’acqua al centro di Bosa. Questo dispone di un terrazzo privato, una zona cucina con zona pranzo, una camera da letto matrimoniale con un bagno privato. La tassa di soggiorno richiesta dal comune di Bosa verrà richiesta al check-in. È di 1€ (per persona e per notte) nel periodo dal 1° ottobre al 31 maggio. Mentre dal 1° giugno al 30 settembre è di 1,50€ (per persona e per notte). La tassa va pagata solo per un massimo di 7 notti.

In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
