A nice and practical studio in an architect-designed house from 2019. The place is located in beautiful surroundings with mountain and green area views, and potato fields as the nearest neighbor. In addition, the studio is right on the main road, with parking and private entrance. There are beautiful hiking areas in abundance. If you are traveling with children, the school with a nice playground and pump track is just across the road. You can also easily get to the store and bakery on the bike path. The host is the owner of the local bakery, so there will be a good breakfast!

Cozy cabin at Bortelid. Here you can relax and enjoy the nice view, or take long hikes on skis or on foot. We use the cabin ourselves when convenient. We have locked off a bedroom on the ground floor to private belongings, otherwise you can use the entire cabin. The cabin consists of bathroom, 1 bedroom and living room/kitchen on the 1st floor. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, a small attic living room and a small toilet. There is also a bed brisk with the possibility to sleep on. You have to clean out of the cabin yourself. This is a cabin with electricity, but without running water. The water is collected in a water post 60 m from the cabin and carried into the cabin. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. We are located in the middle of the beautiful nature areas 'Vestheie' and 'Austheie'. You are living on a farm which has chickens and goats. The appartment is part of the shed, completely isolated and renovated. It has a sleepingroom, livingroom + open kitchen and bathroom. In the summertime there is a large picknick table available outside. It is the perfect stay for families. There are many family friendly hikes, but also climbing routes swimming and fishing possibilities in the area.

Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Robåt til gratis lån. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat ute-kjøkken. Hund tillatt

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.
