Our small apartment is located in the historic heart of Clermont-Fd, on the 2nd and top floor of an old building in front of a small wooded square. We have taken care of its decoration in order to give it a soul, to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A spacious balcony allows you to eat outside in the warm weather. The view is unobstructed. The Mauriac cocoon

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Towels and sheets are provided. Garden

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.
