Villa with direct access to Lake Orta. The villa is surrounded by a garden where you can spend a relaxing day on the shores of the most romantic of Italian lakes. Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from late May until early October. It is also ideal as a base for those wishing to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, Valsesia and many others. Apartment located on the third floor, without elevator, completely renovated in 2025, is located in a very central area, close to the boarding for the islands, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. Organized and prepared like a hotel room. In the bathroom you will find towels and shower towels and the 160 x 200 cm double bed will be ready with clean sheets. In the evening after 6:00 pm the street becomes a "traffic-restricted zone" guaranteeing maximum tranquility and silence.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.
