Curlew Cottage, a Grade 2 listed south facing cottage dating from around 1790 in the small village of West Bretton. An easy walk to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park & a short drive or bus trip to The Hepworth in Wakefield. The National Mining Museum & Cannon Hall Farm are nearby, Peak District National Park, Leeds, York, Sheffield also within easy reach. Just 1 or 2 miles from M1 Junction 38 & 39. Refurbished to a high standard retaining many original features, with oak beams & open country views.

The Mistle is a gorgeous, quaint cottage (sleeps 4) at the far end of a historic barn. Located in the friendly village of Brockholes near Holmfirth, accessible by train, it's perfect families and friends looking for a base for a short break. It's also a great base for working. Recently renovated, you'll find it attractive, cosy and well-equipped. The cottage sits across a cobbled courtyard from our house so we're here to help. Includes parking, fast wifi and great outdoor space. Dog friendly.

Welcome to one of the Peak District's best kept secrets - the Ewden Valley - which is a mixture of wild moorland and lush woodland. It's off the tourist trail and yet not far from the attractions in the National Park. It's fabulous for walking, cycling, riding (field for horses) and birdwatching. The cottage forms part of the Broomhead Estate and the wooded parkland runs down to the cottage. The 17th century cottage is a cosy hideaway with wood burner and wifi. Owner's tennis court available.
