The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

The half-timbered property with its meadows, groves and proximity to the water offers the perfect place to switch off and relax. Children are particularly pleased with the great freedom of movement. Only a few steps across the farm lead to the dike with the inland waters behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer the use of our small harbor for sailors and anglers.
