Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

Welcome! Your living area (25 square meters) on the 4th floor is bright and has a kitchenette, bathroom and separate entrance in addition to the bedroom (bed 1.60 m). In the kitchen you will find a hot plate, kitchen appliances, sink, dishes and a fridge. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. By public transport (3 min walk) you can reach the beach and city center quickly and easily. There is also free street parking. The apartment is not suitable for toddlers.

All you need in life is sunscreen and a really fluffy bathrobe. 80 m or one minute walk (in the bathrobe) to the most beautiful beach on the Baltic Sea in the artist village of Ahrenshoop on the famous high shore. The absolutely quiet apartment Seersand with 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen, a spacious living-dining area, terrace to the garden, bathroom with shower separate toilet, washing machine, etc. is simply ideal for the perfect Baltic Sea holiday - for relaxing and refueling.

The property is located in a villa in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its eventful history, unique location on the water and the imposing brick Gothic buildings. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, an apartment in a convenient location awaits you. After 1 km you are in the center of the old town with the Gothic town hall and other historical sights, the tourist center and numerous restaurants.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

The Deichhof Zingst, a holiday idyll on the Darß, between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden. The half-timbered property with its meadows, groves and proximity to the water offers the perfect place to switch off and relax. Children are particularly pleased with the great freedom of movement. Only a few steps across the farm lead to the dike with the inland waters behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer the use of our small harbor for sailors and anglers.

The apartment on the upper floor can be reached via a shared staircase. It is about 59 m²

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.

In a quiet suburb of Bad Doberan, close to the Baltic Sea, this 35 sqm studio apartment invites you to linger. The local attractions can be easily reached both by car and by bicycle. The train is only a 7-minute walk away and takes you to Rostock within 20 minutes.
