We had a fantastic time at this place! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great – quiet, but still central enough to reach everything easily. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available when I had questions. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the property!

It was my first booking on Airbnb. So first it's a little skeptical because it didn't get a review of the apartment at that time. But what can I say, after I booked, I immediately received an answer from Uwe and many questions could be resolved directly. So the ice was quickly broken and trust there. Uwe provides his guests with many helpful tips, checks in and takes care of it. The apartment is a dream, as can already be seen from the description. The amenities are top, TV in both rooms. One of them even with a smart TV function for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The location is also great, just under 100 m from the beach and the lake bridge. The apartment is out the back, so it is also beautifully quiet. This way you get little of the hustle and bustle on the other side. The underground parking space is also very convenient. Thus, if necessary, the search for a parking space is omitted. It couldn't be better. I can only share Uwe's tips for waffle maze or the restaurant Strandkate. If you are in the mood for a good Italian restaurant, you are in good hands at La Trattoria in Zingst. It is best to book a table at the restaurants. Could be tight otherwise. All in all, a great starting point for excursions e.g. by Darß train, a Bodden tour, a bike tour (bike rental in the same building) or a trip to Prerow. I can 100% recommend the apartment. Top landlords, great apartment, great location. That's all you can say.

Very pleasant host, enjoyed our stay

Mark is a friendly and helpful host. He was always approachable and is there to help. In the huge garden, we could use the gas grill and 5 well-maintained bicycles. The apartment was very quiet, a car is useful for activities. In particular, the bright, open living room has a very nice atmosphere. We have filled up very well and would be happy to come back.

Sven is an excellent host! Friendly and fast communication seem to be a matter of course for him. The key handover by his very nice mother-in-law was completely uncomplicated. The apartment is great and really equipped with everything you could need. The view of the sea can be enjoyed in all rooms! We will be happy to come back.

A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

It is a beautiful spacious house. We were there with 9 adults and 3 kids. Beautiful enclosed garden with Jacuzzi and sauna. The beach with the fishing pond and the playground within walking distance made it complete. It is close to Schwerin and Wismar.

The house is the corner house in a townhouse. We had three different neighbors in the directly adjacent apartment. The veranda on the high ground floor is shared with the neighbors but is separated by flower boxes, so that a privacy is maintained. We totally enjoyed the house as it is very quiet from all the noise. Nevertheless, you can reach all ends of the island by car within 1 hour. In less than half an hour you are in Bergen with all your sights and shopping. The apartment is very nicely decorated, as shown on the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, so you can take care of yourself. Directly in Rappin not far from the apartment you can eat delicious burgers. The large TV with Amazon stick and connection for the laptop brought with you made for beautiful evenings, plus the magnificent sunsets. We highly recommend the apartment

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much, the home was equipped with everything we needed, the location is perfect and the views from the backyard and the balcony are breathtaking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect getaway!

The vacation at Uwe's was as relaxing as we planned. The description for the arrival was exactly right and we were welcomed in a friendly manner. The place is as described. Beware of steep stairs. :) Ummanz is quite sparsely populated and therefore the area is very quiet and suitable for beautiful walks.

We spent a few very nice days in this wonderful vacation home. For families with small children, everything is really available. Overall, the house is very well equipped and lovingly designed. We can warmly recommend it.

Idyllic living in the magical monastery house! So beautiful and 'cozy'. And that in the beautiful Liebe Greta, despite our delay you welcomed us warmly. You showed us the features of the cottage. The apartment is very modern and stylish. Especially the gallery is a special highlight and gives the apartment a certain charm. Everything is very well maintained and clean. We immediately felt comfortable, the center, the beach and the train station are a few minutes' walk away. Check in & out as well as communication with the hostess was always friendly and hassle-free. We were very happy with our choice and would come back anytime or recommend the place. Thank you!

The place matched the description and is set within the grounds of a manor in beautiful surroundings. What you need to be aware of is that there is no living room, but only two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There is also no TV. Since we only needed the apartment to stay overnight, that was OK. Cell phone reception with Telekom was rather poor, but the Wi-Fi worked well. We had suggested to Hartmut to set up bedside lamps. There were only ceiling lights, which were dimmable, but maybe one wants to read and the other sleep.

Kathrin was very nice and provided us with all the important information about our stay, so everything was super easy and straightforward. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. The central location is also great.

We felt very comfortable, the apartment met exactly our taste and there was everything we needed during the week. For us as a family of 4, it was the perfect place to vacation on the Baltic Sea: shopping right next door, Italian right around the corner and the beach is within walking distance. The apartment, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the surroundings, the good accessibility, only a short distance to the harbor, to the Edeka shopping right around the corner and plenty of good restaurants nearby = simply everything great. Great!!!!!

We stayed with Felix over New Year's Eve because our dog panics about fireworks/crackers. Since we were told that this would take place on the beach, but in fact it was not, but on the premises itself, this was unfortunately a big problem for us personally (which the landlord is not to blame for). Otherwise, the apartment was equipped with everything necessary (although it would have been nice to find hand soap) and we had a good time there. The beach within walking distance is clean and highly recommended. Felix was available, responded quickly and there was another contact option for questions/problems. Check-in and check-out were convenient and flexible. Thank you!
