You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up with a view of the dining room, a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their beds in front of the window every evening, and sometimes a sheep walking by... Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no Wi-Fi and no TV. There is, however, a large table for playing games together and a lovely sofa for drinking a glass of wine together. Make beautiful memories together! And extra fun: the first lambs are born at the beginning of October!

Enjoy the wood stove, the freestanding bath and your own green space with plenty of privacy. From the small forest, you can look out over the bulb fields towards the dunes. The beach is just a 15 minutes drive. Come and enjoy together, or take some time to yourself to completely unwind.

Apartment 6 - Haus Windröschen Borkum

On 25 m² you will find a living-dining area, which offers a kitchenette and a dining area for 3 people. In the bedroom there is a comfort box spring bed (1.60 x 2 m) to provide you with optimal sleep after long hours on the beach. The cozy couch can be converted into a full-fledged sleeping area (1.40 x 2.00 m) in no time. From both rooms you can reach the roof terrace. The modern and friendly bathroom is equipped with a Raindance shower.

In our vacation home there are 3 lovingly furnished apartments. This apartment is on the upper floor of the house and has a size of 36 m². The apartment has a living room with open kitchen and a separate bedroom. The main beach is only 350 m away, the nearest supermarket is 200 m away. The town center can also be reached in a few minutes.

Our apartment is right in the center of Borkum right by the new lighthouse. It's 500 meters to the beach. The apartment is centrally located but still very quiet and very bright due to the many windows. Although it is located in a historic building from 1898, it is very modern. The building was completely renovated in 2014.

The cottage is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend settlement. It is generously sized, bright, modernly furnished and very well equipped. It is heavenly there in every season & perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).

You will stay very quietly and without car noise in the middle of the old town in a white villa with front garden. In the front yard there are tables, garden chairs and a lounger to relax under shady trees or of course in the sun. The front garden is also used by guests for a joint chat.
