Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Borjomi

my partner and i had a wonderful time here 💗💗 we stayed for a little over a week and basically had no real issues! the location was really nice (cafe iggy was really close<3). id recommend bringing warm shoes as the floor is rly cold but the heating worked nicely after first day, it was a bit cold before but we slept with two blankets and it was fine at night :)) the shower is really nice and the house is equipped with everything we needed, one of the most prepared flats we have ever been to, everything was there! 🩷 the host was really nice and even gave us extra bedsheets if we needed to change them, even offered to help change them 🥹💕💕 there are three cats aroumd the building, sometimes they would jump on the windowpane and we always made sure to feed and pat them, please take care of them if you can, even though the building habitants already feed them 💜💜 also, cute dogs!!!! thank you for everything.

Everyone was great in the new year, spent 2 nights there is a swimming pool 10 lari hour per person. Nearby there are two resorts with crystal and Didveli ski lifts, there is food delivery to rooms from the restaurant at the hotel, a balcony overlooking the mountains, everything corresponds to the description

Me and my family (4 people) stayed in apartment for 7 days. In general the experience was great: good location near the crystal track, restaurants, grocery and spa. You can catch a bus in around 100m from apartment. Internet and TV work well. It is clean, quite and warm inside. No smoke smell. Enough towels. Host is very responsive and helpful. There are several tiny things which can be improved. I was missing dishwashing liquid, sponge, salt, pepper and oil for cooking. The pan needs to be renewed. I think that host can easily fix those for next people. In conclusion I would recommend this aparment for a good family stay in Bakuriani.

The apartment is very well located, overlooking the river and the mountain, on a quiet street. There are several good restaurants nearby and Borjomi Central Park is a 10-minute leisurely walk away. The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics. Check-in was easy. There was no problem during our stay.

The big apartment .very good location. near to everything. Konstantine is a very responsible and hospitable person. We liked the stay very much and recommend it to everyone especially to family with kids.

I rented this place for the second time. This time I celebrated the New Year with friends here. I was pleasantly pleased with the decoration of the property: garlands, tinsel and a Christmas tree. In general, the hosts tried very hard to provide the holiday with comfort and coziness, I am very grateful for this and I really appreciate this care! When visiting Borjomi, I will continue to stay only in this house and recommend to everyone:)

One of the most beautiful places I have visited

Nice house suitable for quite big company. We were celebrating new year and the house was lovely decorated! The location is also good, in a quiet place, however near from the ski activities.

Nice house, peaceful neighborhood. We stayed there with 8 people and we fit perfectly. Each room had a bathroom and shower..We used the kitchen to cook breakfast. The host provided us with firewood for the fireplace the sauna was very pleasant as well.

Cozy home with 4 rooms as same as image that host provided. Roof Terrace is so relax and great view. Kitchen provided are full functioning. Location in walkable area to restuarant and supermarket, but house is on the hill (maybe not convenient for elderly, but it's fine for me). It's so private, relaxing and not noisy around here. Host is very proactive and response in few minutes.

The home is unique for the below reasons: - Its location is a winter and a distinctive summer overlooking the mountains strikingly and captivating ( I lived in it winter and it was very special and I have a summer visit for the same place if available) - The house is very clean and has everything that makes it convenient to have your own house and you won't even feel like you left your house. - The price for value is very fair and the house deserves what it is paid for. - The host, Mrs. Tina, is very helpful and responds directly to any inquiry. It will inevitably be my destination the next time I visit Bakuriani. Note: There was a misunderstanding upon receipt of the home for the number of rooms and their difference from what's in the app, but I think there's something wrong with the app or data entered and I've been treated by airbnb. True, I was harassed in the early hours, but the comfort and aesthetic of the place made me forget what happened. Thank you airbnb and thank you Tina and David for welcoming us. Great apartment in the B1 Kohta building - with 1-2 minutes walking distance directly from the room (by lift) to the Kohta Ski lifts. Private parking, great heated room - really recommend !!!

Only thing missing was the pool as mentioned in the listing but very clean and cozy apartment. Peaceful neighborhood. Mako was super helpful with everything. Highly recommend.

Everything in town is a short walk, yet it's so quiet and peaceful there. I enjoyed the balcony views and leaving the door open to hear the relaxing noise of the river flowing. It was just the private getaway I needed! David is a great host, responsive, friendly, and offers everything you need to enjoy the stay. Thank you!

Great apartment and location. Bright and clean, the apartment has everything you need. The host is very friendly and responsive. There are many restaurants and groceries nearby. SPAR supermarket is across the street. If you travel with kids during winter, this is a great place to stay. The park where kids can play is right behind the building.
