my partner and i had a wonderful time here 💗💗 we stayed for a little over a week and basically had no real issues! the location was really nice (cafe iggy was really close<3). id recommend bringing warm shoes as the floor is rly cold but the heating worked nicely after first day, it was a bit cold before but we slept with two blankets and it was fine at night :)) the shower is really nice and the house is equipped with everything we needed, one of the most prepared flats we have ever been to, everything was there! 🩷 the host was really nice and even gave us extra bedsheets if we needed to change them, even offered to help change them 🥹💕💕 there are three cats aroumd the building, sometimes they would jump on the windowpane and we always made sure to feed and pat them, please take care of them if you can, even though the building habitants already feed them 💜💜 also, cute dogs!!!! thank you for everything.

Ana is definitely an amazing host. we loved the place, it's great for short stay, very clean and cosy apartment. Thanks also for suggesting few must see places in Borjomi. highly recommended her place.

The apartment is very well located, overlooking the river and the mountain, on a quiet street. There are several good restaurants nearby and Borjomi Central Park is a 10-minute leisurely walk away. The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics. Check-in was easy. There was no problem during our stay.

The flat was nice and cozy, we enjoyed the huge shower and the terrace where to sit at night and sip a glass of wine. We felt completely at home, the apartment had everything we needed for a week stay in Borjomi: it was a good shelter for a rainy day as well as a comfortable resting place after hiking in the nearby's nature. Vato, his sister and his friends provided the best neighborhood we could have, nice and attentive people. The communication was perfect, almost moving when we said goodbye to each other. We even decided to stay more than planned while we where there and there were no problem to adjust terms and duration. Should we come back to Borjomi, we would definitely choose Vato again.

Very friendly, kind and generous host. Apprtment is very well equipped. Listening to river next to the apprtment was very relaxing. Beautiful surroundings. Few minutes walk to town.

Recommended! Everything was great. Very cozy place, this is a two-story hotel in the private sector with several rooms on each floor. Very close to the park and tourist area. In 5 minutes walk there is a hotel with medicine, treatments, swimming pool saunas. I really liked their spa capsules - I went to relax. The property is a shady apartment, that is, it does not get hot inside, which is nice in summer. There is a lot of space inside. On the property on the street there is a swing and tables with chairs where you can spend a pleasant time. Everything is located in the shade. Hungry cats come to know each other, and also walked twice on the site of a turtle (I can't imagine where she can live nearby). But it was fun to meet her) There is a private shared laundry room for all guests. A caring host, making sure that guests have everything - a clean sponge, fresh cloths, detergent, and the like. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I really liked everything. Thank you for a cozy stay, I would love to come back again!

Stayed January 2025 with family and it feels like home the moment we step in… The host is super! Giga treated us not just some guest but like family, making sure we got everthing we needed for our stay, helped us in other things as well he was very responsive everytime we have any question. The place exactly as described and in the photos. Spotless, spacious and equipped with everything we could posibly need… Supermarkets, bakery and butcher right next door, its very convenient. Plus if you have kids like us, park and playground is just across the road by the river with stunning views of the mountains… Plenty of free parking in the area… We highly recommend this place and would definitely choose the same when we visit again…

Great variant to stay in Borjomi — at a walkable distance from the historical park, restaurants and playgrounds, practically near the Mtkvari river enbankment. We were staying with our kid, and he absolutely loved sleeping and playing on the second floor. The apartment we stayed in had a beautiful view of the mountain, where we later hiked.

A cozy place, where you have everything you need for four people to stay in. It was very clean, and Anna was very helpful. Also there is a good 24/7 grocery store nearby and spa facilities in nearby Bakuriani Inn. Definitely recommend this place to stay in!

We stayed for 12 nights in Borjomi at Platon’s cozy appartment. Great location in 10 minute walk distance from the entrance to the Central Park, clean, well equipped, we found everything we needed. The host was very friendly and responsive, immediately reacted to any message. We recommend this place for 2 and even a couple with a child. For us this was a wonderful opportunity for a quiet relaxing accomodation surrounded with all the best that Borjomi has to offer.

The house is very nice. It's right next to the slopes, ski lift and ski rental. The house is very clean and new. In the kitchen is everything you need. And the surroundings are beautiful. This is definitely recommended.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Revaz’s Airbnb. The place was well-maintained and matched the description perfectly. Communication with the host was smooth, and he was responsive to any questions I had. Overall, a great place with a welcoming atmosphere—highly recommended!

Great apartment on the 1st floor with two entrances: the main one through the entrance and the second directly into a quiet courtyard. We stayed with animals, it was very convenient for us! The apartment has everything you need, a spacious apartment with all the necessary equipment and appliances, there is nothing to add) thank you very much for the decorated Christmas tree, added positive emotions and New Year's atmosphere) very good location, quiet, a lot of parking spaces, a good restaurant in the building, a shop 50 meters away. Overall, we are very satisfied with the accommodation. Recommended♥️

A fantastic few days, very comfortable apartment, easy to access the slopes and ski lift at Crystal Resort. Supermarket opposite and Bar Aspen 2 min walk. Would definitely stay again

I think this apartment is the best choice for people who came for a short-time and for vacation.
 It quite close to the ski (Crystal and Didveli). Nearly easy to find cafes and shops. 
Also Glovo works here what is actually good. The building has good reception and spa service.
The host is kind and nice. 

But for me personally i have so things which I’d like to highlight.
The 1st one is terrible wifi. If you want to work - it’s absolutely imposible. 
We spent here 1 month and every day we have troubles with terrible Internet. We bought mobile internet once came to Bakuriani - and it was the only way to participate in the calls, or watch some movies.
 Also view from the windows - to the construction. During the night they use spotlights and they shine through the windows. For me it’s ok - but for some people maybe not.
 Apartment doesn’t have washer and washer services is really expensive. For 2 people it was more than 100Gel. What is twice more than in 4 stars hotel in Tbilis.
 Price for breakfast in hotel restaurant is super big as well. 40Gel for person for breakfast. In any restaurant you could have dinner for 2 persons for 40Gel.
 Just a quick note that the things I didn’t like mostly related with the building not an apartment. Anyway it’s a good place for vacation:)

The place was excellent and exactly as described. The host was very attentive, calling me several times to check if I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything. It was reassuring to know he genuinely cared about my comfort. I highly recommend staying here
