The cottage is about 30 sqm and is located at about 1 km distance to the public bathing area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20 minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

The pond can be bathed in and next to it, there is a wood-fired sauna, outdoor furniture and barbecue.
