Accommodation in the heart of Les Sassis and very well isolated. Panoramic view of the hillside caves across the street. Fully equipped modern layout in the rocks of the old town. Ideal for couples or families with 2 children. I would recommend this place to visit Matera. Authentic, romantic, and bucolic.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences. The apartment is furnished with so much love for detail and therefore simply beautiful. We found the bed incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately we did not have the best weather, but I can very well imagine that it can also be eaten very well on the balcony. Don't hesitate and book this place if you want a nice and comfortable stay in Matera 😊

It is an unforgettable experience to stay in Matera. Tudor is passionate about the town and his energy towards living there is contagious. Staying in an abode the has a large part of it carved out of the valley wall 7,000 years ago keeps your imagination spinning. There is a lot to do and you will get in many steps. We took a walking tour with just our small four person group and it was totally worth it. There are amazing museums there also. You must go and stay a Tudor’s place!
