Casa perfetta per bikers con garage per biciclette. All’esterno un grande giardino completamente recintato ed un patio in esclusiva dove è servita la colazione. Barbecue a disposizione. Attigua alla pista ciclabile del fiume Marecchia raggiungibile dal giardino. Sistemazione ideale per esplorare la Valmarecchia.

La residenza si trova alle porte delle mura del castello malatestiano. Il palazzo era un vecchio mulino del 1600 e dopo un meticoloso restauro le abitazioni sono tornate a risplendere. La struttura trasmette un senso di pace e sobrietà. É dotata di pavimenti in cotto e soffitti a cassettoni originali, tutte le finestre hanno vista sul castello e sul museo dell’arte sacra. A 40km dalla riviera romagnola, ci si trova immersi nel pieno delle colline verdi e soleggiate dove oltre a rilassarsi nella piscina a disposizione( apertura estiva stagionale),si possono praticare diverse attività all’aperto, tra le quali il trekking, le escursioni in bici e tanto altro. Il Vicolo dell'Orto Suite è un appartamento appena ristrutturato, situato in zona centrale e raggiungibile in auto. L'arredamento è ricercato e studiato nei minimi dettagli, creando un'atmosfera unica, elegante ed intima. Ideale per chi ricerca comfort e relax. Il comodo letto Queen size, il bagno con vasca e doccia , l'open space della zona living sono gli elementi cardini. La posizione è strategica ed insieme molto tranquilla. I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

We had a great stay and the host Oscar and crew were very friendly and helpful. You can really relax at this place, the atmosphere was very nice and cozy. The service was very good, when we arrived the kitchen was closed but we still got lunch. Furthermore this place is an oasis of peace with a beautiful view. If you are looking for quiet place, then this is the spot.

è stato un soggiorno stupendo! l'alloggio è in una posizione che offre un panorama meraviglioso. Il soggiorno è stato veramente rilassante e rigenerante! l'alloggio era davvero bello, nuovo, pulito, dona molta calma e relax! I proprietari sono persone favolose, con cui chiacchierare molto volentieri e scoprire la loro realtà affascinante!
