Waterfront vacation rentals in Borger-Odoorn

The apartment right on the water is really a quiet oasis to relax. We had a very nice time and were delighted with the little touches for breakfast. Communication with Ina was very kind and straightforward. We would recommend the place for a relaxing, quiet vacation at any time.

I had arrived later than expected, closer to the check in time actually, but Roelie was more than understanding and patient as I updated her about 3 or 4 different times with each update my expected time of arrival being later than the previous. The place is incredibly cozy and clean, it felt like a home away from home, I only stayed for one night to handle some business in the area early the next morning so I opted out of getting breakfast. But I'll definitely be staying again in the future for a peaceful getaway.

Lovely cottage in a farm house. The bed is extremely comfortable, pictures don't do the place justice, the interior is very cozy and charming. Host is very kind and the place feels home. Shops are walking distance, and the house is located opposite the canal, sunsets are beautiful. There is a bus 5 minutes walk from the house. Nice area to relax and unwind - away from the hustle and bustle of cities. The neighbourhood is peaceful and the villagers are friendly.

We really enjoyed our experience at this studio during the holiday season! Jan made us feel at home and provided us with everything we needed! We had a great time and would definitely come again! Thank you!

Martha was a wonderful host. Thw breakfast was the best we had in all of our Airbnbs across Europe. It was also great to explore the dutch countryside and get out of thd big cities.

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and provided thoughtful touches like local recommendations and quick check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a very nice stay at the apartment on De Vaart. The center of Assen is within walking distance and there are a lot of fun things to do. The apartment itself has all the comforts and we slept wonderfully. Certainly subject to repetition.

We had a really nice time in Nieuw-Annerveen. The house is beautiful and really quiet. Especially the view into the nature is breathtaking. Titia was a really nice host and she was flexible and straightforward with the check-in. We will definitely come back!

Our stay with Annemarie was nothing short of amazing. We had the best time at this converted barn . Big enough for 2 people on dead end road with views of the landscape and her horses. Annemarie is a warm and very kind host and she makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We will often think back about our stay with her and certainly will return. Grietus & Kaylynne

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

I booked Sandra's chalet to escape the fireworks in my own area. Although carbide is chipped in the distance, it was otherwise very quiet. For very anxious dogs maybe not the best option but very nice for us. The contact with Sandra went very smoothly and quickly even when I couldn't quite find the chalet. The chalet is fantastically beautiful, clean and large due to the annexed conservatory. It is surprisingly complete and well cared for. The garden is well maintained and completely fenced, I think in the summer it is completely fantastic to spend long summer evenings there. We felt very much at home there and also enjoyed the wonderful walks nearby such as at the Zandwinplas in Nieuw Amsterdam, De Kibbelkoele and at the Schaapskooi of Bargerveen. We'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful getaway. We felt right at home in the house. Everything was as described and communication with Dennis was great. We would book again anytime. Absolutely recommend!
