Torre di Longara: comfort and relaxation just outside the city

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

My house has recently been renovated. It is located in Valeggio sul Mincio in a quiet and green location. It is a studio apartment for 4 people, independent and with a private parking space. It includes a bathroom with a window, shower, toilet, and bidet. There is a kitchen equipped with an espresso machine, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and small freezer. From the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the hills near Lake Garda.

It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, or with friends you can organize barbecues, parties and stay all together in a single recently renovated stone house. The house has been renovated with the most modern systems and is equipped with solar panels, thermal insulation, and new windows. It is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a living/study room, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar. It is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes from the Station and for those who arrive by car and need to park it is no more than 100 meters from the underground parking lot on Kennedy Street.
