Mrs. Maria was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The apartment is simple, but very well maintained, clean and complete, with everything we need. The location is also excellent, with easy access and nearby options. A positive point is the parking inside the building, in addition to the avenue in front being quiet and safe to leave the car. We had a small problem with the electric shower, but as soon as we reported it, Mrs. Maria promptly took action and, in just 30 minutes, the electrician was on site to fix it. Everything went very well and I definitely recommend the place!

We love the stay, we enter on the 18th and leave on the 23rd. The little corner is great, it has a large room\bedroom and a kitchen that super-served us. The location is also great, in the front of the building there is a mini grocery store that saved us a few times, pharmacies in the other corner and several other shopping points, we went several times to the beach apé. As we were as a couple we slept on the sofa bed, it's kinda hard but we put covers and sheets that were available on top of it and so we improved the problem. We also had an issue with the connection of our cell phone on the TV and Zilian promptly went to the apartment to solve, he is a great host, very supportive and was always indicating places and tours to do in saints. We love everything, we hope to return soon.

We rented the house to go to a nearby wedding and we were 10 people, the house is very large, the space accommodated everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen there were all the utensils, from large pots to forms, mixer, blender, we didn't need to bring anything from home, very complete. The rooms are well distributed, all being suites, very easy check-in, the stay was very peaceful and as everyone commented on the trip, it's a house that makes you happy to rent, if we go to Guarujá again, it's definitely where we'll stay. We thank the hosts for responding quickly, as I sent a message before leaving the house asking if there was a large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping in that regard. They were kind enough to leave toilet paper in the bathrooms, in the kitchen there was also a napkin, toothpick, things that in other stays I didn't have, the house has excellent security, the pool and barbecue were clean Finally, you can rent without fear

We loved the stay, the house is super comfortable, you can confirm the house is very cozy, we were with a lot of children the only thing that spoiled it was the rain, but because the house is comfortable having a pool and projector, we even made a movie theater lol. The whole stay was amazing. Léo always quick to answer our questions, check-in and super quiet checkout. The house is great, it has a great structure and super complete, we don't miss anything. Near the market, bakery and beautiful and quiet beaches (thing of 7 minutes walking very quietly).

The house is beautiful, we held a children's birthday party here, after checking out, I suddenly remembered that I forgot the bracelet on the highway. The Host is friendly and said that he will help us bring it to Sao Paulo
