Simply perfect stay. The host was super attentive, very quick to respond, made us feel very welcome. The place is wonderful, everything is very organized, cozy and beautiful. Not to mention the ocean view that enchanted us. The location is also very good, we rented bikes right in front, the beach is very good in this region, we saw a lot of policing keeping security. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, too. There is even a Pão de Açúcar under the building, very easy and quiet to access when we needed something quick. We didn't have any negative points, on the contrary, everything was very amazing. We were 2 couples and 3 dogs, we already want to go back!! ♡

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Easy location and easy access to the beach. The host Marcelo was very kind and ready to answer. All the staff of the building very kind and helpful. We will return again and again for sure.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned environments. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking ocean view! Waking up to that landscape was a privilege. Communication with Andressa was also excellent, always attentive and available. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend!

Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. It was all right, exactly as in the photos and Eva is very kind, she made everyone feel at home.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with fresh, fragrant linens. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had complete flexibility in check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and communication with the host was clear, fast and super friendly.
