The flat and the resort are delicious. Requested staff, all organized and exactly as described. Sergio is a very attentive host, helped us in what we need, with quick replies and very kindness. We love the experience and we will definitely be back.

Paulo's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: renovated, decorated and clean. All items mentioned in the listing were available in the apartment. And honestly, on the days of my rental, I didn't miss any furniture, appliances, or utensils. I've had the opportunity to see the pool's apartments, and I certainly say that it's more worthwhile to rent Paulo's apartment (much more comfortable and renovated). The complex is excellent for the family. The ground floor restaurant serves coffee/lunch/dinner meals well. The beach is very close and has an excellent structure. Finally, I emphasize the attention and proactivity of the host, always available to answer any questions.

Gustavo's place is excellent. The communication was very good and the apartment matches what's in the photos. The restaurant is very nice (it's much better than Maremonti's food). Flat near the beach, ice available for the cooler, beach service, swimming pools. Everything was great!

Host is very polite and thoughtful. Mr. Antonio welcomed us very warmly, always helpful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, with everything nearby: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy… very convenient! The only point that deserves attention is the elevators and the process to remove the car from the parking lot at the time of departure. But I believe this is due to the great movement because of the national holiday. Overall, the place delivers what it promises and is really worth it!

Apartamento complies with the announcement and communication with Wady was otima , always answering the questions quickly, a point that left to be desired was the slowness of the elevators , the building has 03 elevators and 01 was broken taking a long time to get around. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay

Wonderful experience, we were in 4 people and the flat served us perfectly with great comfort…Just as in the photos and descriptions, close to the beach and the building has a wonderful condominium with swimming pools and full leisure area, also has beach service and a restaurant in the building that made our stay very much easier, I highly recommend and would return!!!

Me and my family , we love the stay. Mariuza very helpful , answered all the questions, assisted us on our arrival . The Flat was impeccable, is well located one block from the beach, we do not use the car for nothing, everything very close, market, pharmacy, shopping (everything) . Super recommend

I loved the apartment, super airy, wonderful view, on the street everything is affordable, restaurants, markets, kiosks, mall, pleasant environment, clean beds, clean pillows, working air conditioning, impeccable room service. Super recommend! There are several positive reasons why I recommend the accommodation, but I highlight the ones that, in my view, are the most relevant. Starting with the kindness, flexibility and education of Carla/Fernanda, which provided support from the beginning to the end of the stay, being flexible in relation to check-in and check-out times. The property, as well as the cleaning, was impeccable. The condominium has several entertainment and leisure, such as a gym and swimming pool. The neighborhood is great, with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars very close by. Deixo here my sincere thanks and congratulations to Carla/Fernanda!

We had a wonderful weekend in this apartment! The site is super cozy, well equipped and perfect to accommodate our family. The cleaning was impeccable, and the decoration is very welcoming we felt at home. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the restaurant. The host was super attentive, always available for any questions. It was a great experience, We highly recommend! a detail we cannot forget is that guests can enjoy all the common areas of the building, such as the wonderful air-conditioned swimming pool and game room.

The Apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated and equipped. The hot tub is a differential. The condominium structure is complete and the reception service is efficient. Good location, the apartment is very close to the beach for walking and has several shops around. The host is so friendly and responds fast, fluid communication. I didn't have any access or other issues. I will certainly return to this location.

The apartment is a delight, spacious for 1 couple. The view from the balcony is wonderful facing the sea. Comfortable bed, bath with delicious water pressure. I even think the photos don't show everything good about the apartment. Secure building with gate 24 hours. Parking via valet. I highly recommend the stay.

Apartment between the beach and the main avenue of the city. It was all tidy and clean. Wendel always responded very quickly, and was very requested, left some drinks in the fridge for us. The apartment has great windows (which are filmed, so those on the outside do not see inside the apartment) and contain a protective screen, for me it was a relevant point because I took a dog and he reached the window. I enjoyed the stay at the place, very cozy and with a view of the beach. Patrícia is super cordial, and you really just have to cross the street to go to the beach, in addition to being close to several shops, a mall, restaurants and bakeries!

I liked the location but not the apartment itself! I had no towel I had no hygienic paper There was no air-conditioning I didn't have any sheets The shower was leaking all the time, it would open and gush out

Me and my husband love hosting a lot. It had everything we needed and everything worked well, just a detail on the door that the reception aided, explaining how to use the key. Whenever we go to São Vicente we intend to rent again. Thank you.
