The living room and the equipped kitchen are on the ground floor while the bedroom (king size bed), bathroom and separate toilet are under the roof, accessed by staircase. The sleeping areas, located in the attic, with panoramic view on the Seine river. Comfortable, cosy, elegant ambiance for this beautifully done-up nest.

Very quiet because it overlooks a courtyard. Parking possible right in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs in the attic PLEASE NOTE: There is a €15 surcharge if you use the sofa bed, unless you bring your own duvet.
