The home has a massive outdoor dining area with fire pit & BBQ. Inside is a split system for heating/cooling and a coonara fireplace for cold, wintry weather. Firewood can usually be purchased from the Bonnie Doon service station. Views from every window, a 10 minute drive to the local pub (dogs welcome) and lake. Come and enjoy!

We are only 2 minutes walk to the Great Victorian Rail Trail with no major roads to cross, so its a great stop over for bike riders. We are approximately 45 minutes to the base of Mount Bulla and 5 minutes walk to Lake Eildon. 15 minute walk along rail trail or 3 minute drive gets you to the hotel that has meals every day. The apartment has a kitchenette that includes a Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, hotplate, all cutlery, Airfryer crockery etc.. BBQ and Pizza.

It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set in a english cottage garden with roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. A house has been built at the back of the cottage which is connected by a locked door where I live.
