The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Gründerzeitvierzel in Bonn. It is very quiet at the back. The apartment consists of 2 rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200), 1 sofa bed (140 x 200) in the living room. A 3rd room with 2 single beds can optionally be rented. From booking for 5 people, the 3rd room is included. When booking for up to 4 people, there is a surcharge of €15/person/night. The price for cleaning increases by €20.

My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm

The apartment consists of a cozy first floor room and a bedroom with bathroom in the bright basement, which also contains a large window. Both rooms are connected by an internal staircase. The living room with high ceilings and stucco offers plenty of space. The beautiful, modern kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave and dishwasher allows for good self-catering.

30 m2 Apartment, Bath (Private) + Mini-Kitchen

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
