Come in, arrive, feel good. The apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) in a stylish old building is more than central. You can do everything on foot.

Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

My quiet apartment is located in the Rheinparkresidenz, a green park without traffic in Bonn-Bad Godesberg, near the UN, DAAD, Telekom and Rheinaue. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. In 2 minutes you are at the Rhine promenade for jogging and cycling. The price for the accommodation includes 6% accommodation tax of the city of Bonn. These will be passed on by me to the tax exemption.
