Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

The Airbnb is exactly as shown in the pictures! It was super clean and neat. Lina was very clear in her instructions and was super quick to respond. The Poppelsdorfer Platz bus stop is literally 3-4 mins by walking and there are always connections to the Hbf (City Centre). Check-in and Check-out was also very easy. My parents loved their stay here! :)

We (3 adults) liked the place very much and it corresponded exactly to the photos and description of the listing. The landlords are very nice. The location in a quiet residential street is very good - bakeries and supermarkets can be reached in a short time.

My host welcomed us very well. All kinds of amenities were available. Instructions were provided for everything necessary in the house. The location of the house, the cleanliness was very good. We just took your stuff. You can cook at home. The host had prepared everything that should be in a kitchen. The towels were clean and there were plenty of them. It was nice to have a washing machine and iron. I thank them for preparing such an apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location is just perfect – central, but still pleasantly quiet. You can walk quickly to town. There are many shops, cafes or bars nearby. The apartment was superbly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The small garden was a real highlight for us – here you could enjoy the sun and relax. I highly recommend this place.

We really liked the stay at Jacqueline’s ground floor apartment. Our only remark was that there is a train that passes by behind the building. Other than that, great location close to the Rhine!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in the apartment. Terrace overlooking the fields and forests, sun loungers, neat chairs + table, so we could really use the terrace extensively. I also liked the amenities in the kitchen. Anyone who also wants to cook a little will be fine here: sharp knives, several pots and pans, even a hand blender, various options for coffee preparation, freezer compartments on the fridge. There's nothing missing. We definitely recommend the place!

It is difficult to find a parking space, otherwise a very nice apartment in a good central location. You can walk to Bonn city center in 10 minutes. Very clean and quiet in a modern building. Contact with the hostess was excellent.

An absolute top accommodation, highly recommended! I have rarely felt so comfortable in a vacation home. Everything was spotlessly clean, high-quality and furnished with a lot of taste, you immediately notice that attention to detail was paid here. The bed was extremely comfortable, the amenities really left nothing to be desired: It was simply everything you need and a little more. I would especially like to highlight the great service: Nicole was always available, responded promptly to messages and was incredibly friendly and attentive. We felt comfortable with Uwe and Irina. Communication was straightforward and Uwe responded quickly if anything happened (in our case, the gas cylinder was empty). The villa is very chic and has everything you need, and much more. If you want peace and quiet and to explore the surroundings, this is the place to be. The villa also serves as a registry office, but we didn't notice any of the three weddings.
