The group vacation home for a special break. It is a former village school that shines in new splendor. The building is located on the outskirts of a small community of 140 inhabitants. On a total of 300 square meters you have a lot of space. With a lot of love for detail, we redesigned the house and tried to bring back the flair of the time. Around the house there is space to grill and play or just sit comfortably together. The proximity to the Nürburgring makes it particularly attractive.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.
