Communal pool and barbecue in the collective patio.1 spot in the parking lot. Located in a quiet area. We are close to the beaches: Sepultura, Lagoinha and Retiro dos Padres (5min walk) And about 15 minutes walk from Centro de Bombinhas.

In wooded area the cottage has on the ground floor living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with double bed with ceiling fan.
