With its own entrance, a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area, you are guaranteed a relaxing and private stay. Nestled away in the village of Tupton on the edge of the Peak District, we hope that you can find a place to relax, eat and explore. If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

Cosy 1700s period cottage, open fire & king bed

Unwind in a tranquil 300-year-old grade II listed cottage with charming beams in every room. Cozy up by the open fire, or stroll to the nearby village pubs, and fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Only a brief drive from Sherwood Forest. Features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, while bedroom 2 on a spacious upstairs landing with a single bed and antique privacy screen. Your stay includes a welcome basket/ milk, free parking, logs/coal in winter adds to the cozy experience.

Badgers Bottom - Luxury Lodge at Mill Barn

Located in a private secluded setting amid wildlife & nature, standing within 3 acres of fields & woodland. Bordering the Teversal Trails network this provides miles of cycling & walking routes surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated centrally between the Derbyshire peak district & Sherwood Forest, close to Hardwick Hall. Good Pubs within Cycling distance or short drive. The Lodge has been purpose built with loving care, giving warmth, rustic appearance to blend in with nature.

This is a stylish studio in the picturesque village of Ravenshead. It has all the charm of a hotel suite but with the warmth of home. It has amazing views across fields making it a pretty home from home. 45 minutes from the Peak District and a 20 minute walk to Byron's Newstead Abbey. A modern compact bathroom with water jet shower and a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, mini oven, microwave and 2 ring hob complete your stay. Part of our active 10-acre smallholding, it's your perfect rural retreat.

The Loft

Immaculate Twin Loft Room with en-suite shower. Room accessed by the key in a Keysafe adjacent to the private door. Car parking for 1 vehicle available. 5 minute walk to Ringwood Hall, Canal, 3 takeaways and the Hollingwood Public House. 5 minute drive to M1 junction29a. Room has free Wifi, tea/coffee making facilities, television, microwave, fridge, clothes rail and 2 chest of drawers. Towels and bedding provided.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Rita’s Retreat

Rita’s Retreat is set on a working small holding, with lovely views across the fields, and sheep grazing close by. Inside is a handmade double bed, made locally, a full size shower with sink and WC and heated towel rail, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and Smart TV.
