Vacation rentals with lake access in Bolmen

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The place is just as cosy and charming as it looks in the pictures. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect escape. Whether you want to sail on the lake, go for a forest hike, or just relax while playing some table tennis. One of my favorite parts was enjoying the incredible lake view from the sauna! The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, which made cooking super convenient. Overall, it truly felt like the perfect holiday home. One tip: make sure to double-check the driving directions Johanna provides beforehand. We accidentally took the wrong path and ended up on a very rough road with lots of rocks, and definitely not ideal for a regular car. Stick to the advised route and you'll be fine. Have fun & enjoy!

We had an amazing stay at Benny's place and really recommend it! Benny was very welcoming and did everything to make us feel at home. He even provided us with fishing gear, thanks again! The view on the lake from the garden is beautiful, even better than in the pictures. We were fortunate with the weather, so we could enjoy the water on the boat, we went swimming and we barbequed during sunset :) We wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back one day!

Great weekend with nice weather. We used the delicious fire pit a lot where we could sit overlooking the lake. Despite the season, we stayed here a lot. We went for a walk of about 7.2 km around the lake. a wonderful walk where we passed a lovely beach at the other end of the lake. Here you can swim in the lake if you feel like it. Canoes and rowboats are located so you can just put them in the water and take a trip out on the lake. It just worked out so well. Had a little trouble finding enough life jacket in adult sizes. I think there were the most children's vests. There is a grocery store in the city, so here you can buy small things if you have forgotten something. However, no firewood. A super lovely home located close to the highway and very easy to find. Great surroundings and great activity opportunities. A home that can really be recommended to others who want to enjoy the silence and nature. Ninna Kryger

Super cute house, with a beautiful view on the lake. What a great moment we had from the sauna watching the birds on the lake. Fredrik is super nice, available and flexible. The fireplace is so convenient in winter (don't forget to buy wood sticks). If you like running, trails, walking in the forest, this is the place to be ;-) 20mn from Isaberg, very easy.

We were able to enjoy the stay from the first minute to the last minute. Everything was as described and Tomas was very friendly and helpful. The house offers the possibility to completely get out of everyday life and enjoy nature and tranquility, whether inside in the living room or outside on one of the 3 terraces. The sauna and lake offer additional recreational value.

what a warm welcome ❤ we came for the second time The house looks cozy again, there was a bottle of Prosecco with sweets and chocolate and even fresh tulips 🌷 the lights on and the house was cozily decorated with even more plants it just felt a little like coming home when we arrived the lake was beautifully frozen very nice to see a few days later the ice was gone due to the nice weather and the birds all came again even the cranes and the geese came again and much more we had a wonderful 9 days here again it's just a lovely quiet place and it's a nice house and the Jacuzzi is of course a big bonus and one maintain the house Very well there were also some new garden furniture now we will probably come back again people just book it won't disappoint you and the hosts are really nice people

The nicest hosts!! Everything was nice and tidy when we arrived. She was even mowing the grass around the 'cabin' when we arrived because she thought that would be nicer. Lovely little tiny House with the essentials. There is no way to make a 5 course or oven. But we didn't need that either. The toilets that were okay close to the 'cabin' were nice and clean. They were cleaned every morning we were there. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet. We were saddened by the wind too much to go canoeing or paddle boarding, because the lake would have been just perfect for that. Lovely bed, beautiful surroundings and mega sweet hosts. All in all, a great experience.

My girlfriend and I spent a week in the house and Johan was a remarkably polite, likeable and great host. We felt well taken care of at all times. He always responded super quickly to questions and was also very friendly here. We would recommend the place to anyone, as the location is also beautiful.

A charming little cottage in the countryside that offers total relaxation. The surroundings were very beautiful, perfect for those looking for silence and tranquility. A wonderful place to recharge.
