Kojtet is a Swedish desert farm located in southern Småland. The house is located in the middle of the forest overlooking a large meadow. It is less than 900 meters to the lake Möckeln. The house is a beautiful old house that with a gentle hand is restored to suit a modern family. Here can stay up to 10 people in the house on the two floors - ideal for two families with children. A holiday on the Kojtet provides unprecedented opportunities for relaxation and activities in and around the house, in the woods or by the water - for both big and small.

Lake view and walking distance to Såganäs Friluftsbas with swimming jetty and canoe rental. 5 km to Diö where the nearest pizzeria and train station are located. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south there is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and IKEA Museum. Fishing is available both in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.

Scenic modern country house

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Welcome to our cosy cottage in the village Kråkshult. Alpackagården is located just 100m from the cottage. There is a sauna for rent at the pond. Walk in the forest just outside the door, rent the sauna just by the pond or take a glass of wine on the terrace. In the wintertime the pond is good for skates. Stay in a nice cottage with one single bed, one queen bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. From the terrace you will have a nice view of the pond outside the house.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
