Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Private swimming area in the area and only a few minutes walk to Hestraviken Spa. The house is close to Isaberg, which offers mountain biking and other outdoor activities in summer and skiing in winter – a perfect year-round destination for the family. The house has spacious open spaces inside and out for socializing and relaxing. 3 double beds, 1 loft bed and the possibility to sleep on the sofa.

Relax in a unique and quiet accommodation with access to a private beach and swimming. Possibility of fishing. Rowing boat 440 cm for 4 people included. Boat motor 5HP can be rented, price on request. At least 18 years old and the guest will be liable for damages.

Flytvästar, 2-mannakanot och SUP ingår i boendet april-okt att låna för maximal upplevelse.

The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.
