Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

The house has all the amenities in a modern kitchen with pots, pans, bowls, dishes, cutlery and porcelain, bathroom with shower, TV, Wifi, and glazed patio with lake view. Washing machine and dryer. Relax in a unique and quiet accommodation with access to a private beach and swimming. Possibility of fishing. Rowing boat 440 cm for 4 people included. Boat motor 5HP can be rented, price on request. At least 18 years old and the guest will be liable for damages.

Our paradise is located at lake Bolmen's beach at beautiful island Bolmsö. Here you enjoy nature and “listen” to the silence. Sandy beach for sunbathing. Watch the sunset from our boat pier is a lisa for the soul. Forest walks or pick berries and mushrooms in the forest are & absolutely wonderful. Winter sized glass salt with fireplace for cosy moments. It's great to sit with nature close by. The jazzucine for 8 people on the patio is appreciated especially in the winter. The cottage is as wonderful summer and winter.

Närmsta badplats är Välje vid Virestad sjön. 15km till Älmhult och IKEA museum. 50 km till Växjö och 60 km till Glasriket.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

Year-round fishing is possible. Boat rental is available at the campsite 4 km away. The house is located with a second vacation home alone on a forest clearing. The house has 45 square meters of living space on an approximately 1200 square meter natural plot.
