Chalet Palù - Junior Apartment

Chalet Palù is an exclusive location with breathtaking panoramic views that allows you to immerse yourself in an out of the ordinary vacation. 3 km from the center of Brosso, reachable by driving along a narrow and uphill mountain road. The Junior Chalet is a studio apartment that offers a simple and elegant design that flows perfectly with the landscape that surrounds it. From the Chalet there are several hiking trails, as well as being comfortable for flying in paragliding and horseback riding.

Immersed in nature, our 70-square-meter apartment has just been renovated, trying to maintain the country spirit of the early 1900s. It has a beautiful shaded terrace on which to have lunch and dinner in a very relaxing setting, overlooking the woods, period villas and the Morenico Amphitheater of Ivrea. It is located about 1 km from the city center, in a green area in the natural park of the 5 lakes of Ivrea and is only 30 minutes from Turin and 60 minutes from the ski slopes of Monterosa Ski.

Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

"Casa Morenica": The Cement House

"Casa Morenica" is a building from the 1900s, located in Montalto Dora, on the Via Francigena, 2 km from Ivrea. Renovated in 2023, it consists of two separate rooms, used as guest rooms. It is about 50 km from Turin and 60 km from Aosta. Within walking distance of Ivrea train station, 30 minutes on foot and 15 by bike. The "Parco dei 5 laghi" area starts a few hundred meters away, going up towards the castle. Less than two minutes away: two restaurants, two bars and a take-out pizzeria.

Federica has created a corner immersed in the peace of nature overlooking the lake, a small wooden nest which with its opening roof will allow you to enjoy a starry night on a soft mattress with a warm duvet and in the morning a view breathtaking on the lake making you take a well-deserved break in contact with mother nature. When you wake up, a rich breakfast will give you the strength to enjoy one of the many activities that Federica will offer you for a memorable experience!

We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice, and we came to this place in the forest to begin a simple yet rewarding life, trying to learn from nature. Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.

Comfortable and cozy accommodation

Stay in a comfortable and quiet place in Ivrea, San Giovanni district. The accommodation is on the second floor of a three-story building, facing a large garden and wooded area. It has a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. It also has a small balcony, which is in bloom in the summer. Ten minutes from Ivrea and lakes, there is a bus stop, food and take-out pizzeria bar downstairs.
