The house is located in the middle of the air spa town of Bollendorf -10Gehmin. to the outdoor swimming pool, 5 minutes walk to the Luxembourg border. Kayaking departures along the Sauer are only 10 minutes away in Dilliningen/Luxembourg! Echternach as well as Trier, the oldest city in Germany are only 10 or 30 minutes away by car. The cottage ‘Lichtberg 2’ is the smaller of the two neighbouring organic houses (see also ‘Lichtberg 1’). It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. The apartment (over 100 square meters) is in an old fully restored former inn. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the stables with horses. Quiet location. A place to relax or just to come down. The large terrace, which is fully covered, invites you to barbecue. After that, they can enjoy their freshly grilled steak on one of the two terraces. Quaint, rustic, cozy... in Western style... Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
