The house is in a very small neighborhood, located next door the Harpers Ferry KOA Holiday, all of the KOA amenities are included with the your stay (some are seasonal). Each bedroom and bathroom is furnished with linens/towels and basic amenities. Please note this is not a "party" house. No more than 12 people are permitted, day or night. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and are strictly enforced.

Spring starts late Feb early March with all the daffodils. You will want to stay...longer. The most comfortable beds ever, comphy sleep should be priority #1. Our luxury design is unmatched in the area. And our location is at best end of Washington St. 0.25 miles away. No train noise at this end. Spa master bath/ free-standing tub, relaxing deck. Movie room w/ 92" smart TV. Luxury design (West Elm, CB2, Roche Bobois, etc.). Super Strong mesh WiFi.

the Lodge- Stunning View- Hot Tub- Dog Friendly

We considered calling this house “The View With Some Rooms,” but settled on The Lodge. This private 3-bedroom house includes a rooftop dome (which serves as the third bedroom). From almost every spot, enjoy the jaw-dropping scenery of endless mountains, three states, and the Potomac River. Camp Potomac Peak was recently (Nov 2024) named the best place to stay in the Eastern Panhandle by WV Living Magazine.
