Located on the first floor of our old barn, the ammonite is a small equipped and air-conditioned apartment ready to welcome you. An entrance and private parking are allocated to you for your stay. For holidays or work, access is quick via the A10 a few minutes away. Located in the countryside, in a place called, you can find all amenities a few km drive away. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.

The Kimandière of Maupertuis

In a green setting, and century-old oaks, we will be delighted to welcome you, for a moment of relaxation in the small house or under the adjoining courtyard, enjoying the pool (June 15 to September 30) or tennis. Beautiful stopover 25 minutes from the Futuroscope, an hour from the Valley of the Monkeys, La Rochelle and the Poitevin Marshes. For your comfort, the beds are made for your arrival. Towels can be provided upon request.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Profiter d'un séjour dans ce petit studio fonctionnel et tout juste rénové. Situé au bout de mon garage, il est protégé des bruits de la ville et cela permet de mettre à l'abri un vélo ou une trottinette. Le stationnement sur la rue est gratuit. Egalement, il est très bien desservit par les bus. Par cet intermédiaire, le centre-ville est à quelques minutes. A proximité, se trouve également divers commerces.
