Auf 80m² sind alle Räumlichkeiten großzügig aufgeteilt, so dass sich hier vier Personen rundum wohlfühlen können. Das freundliche Ambiente sowie der traumhafte Blick auf den Kalksee laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was in einem Urlaub nicht fehlen sollte - Seen, Badestellen, Restaurants, Wälder, direkte Nahverkehrsanbindung an die Berliner Metropole sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Your sunny lakeside vacation home - come on out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

A great place to stay and rest. Close to the Szczecin Lagoon and Trzebiez with a beautiful yacht port. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable pets are welcome. The proximity of such cities as Szczecin. After an eventful day, you can light a bonfire, cook sausages, and enjoy the rural peace. Complementary Swimming Poll open from July 10 till September 15th. Since July 2018, we have 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and children each. We welcome guests from all over the world! Stunning views over the Beetzsee, access to the in-house beach and a boat mooring, a 5 minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday grounds you will find a playground to romp and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Tents on the holiday grounds are also possible by arrangement.

The spacious (42 sqm) studio is located near Winterfeldtplatz. You can explore the lively neighbourhood or get to the highlights of Berlin by means of four different subway lines. The studio itself is quiet with windows facing the Garden, an en suite bathroom incl. washing machine, a kitchenette. The courtyard garden has a sandpit and a seating area.
