A comfortable 80 m² barn renovated in 2022 will be perfect for your weekends/vacations as a couple (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, crib with comfortable mattress upon request). Maximum of two adults. Electric vehicle charging station at cost price. Space/Pool/Swing/Baby sand/Trampoline/TV with Netflix, Amazon and Molotov. Shops a few miles away. Parties/professional photos/ceremonies and pets not allowed. For our insurance, the number of people must match the booking.

Shoots, filming and business seminars are possible on site. Train station 700m away, shops 2km away. Another house is also rented on the property. This beautiful family and rural home located in a hamlet will bring you calm and relaxation, and this is very close to Paris (45 km) and Versailles (60 km). To get around, Bouray or La Ferté-Alais train stations allow you to access the capital in less than 1 hour. Many tours and walks possible around the house: Gatinais Park, Château de Chamarande, Milly-la-Forêt, Cerny Airfield.
